Ceramic coating is more than just applying a product to the paint. The final result depends entirely on the preparation, correction, and standards followed before the coating ever touches the surface.
At Mythical Detailing, every ceramic coating is applied in our shop after a thorough wash, decontamination, and paint inspection. Paint correction is performed as needed to ensure the surface is properly refined before coating. We don’t rush jobs, and we don’t skip steps to hit a price point.
Our ceramic coating packages are structured around how much of the vehicle is protected and the level of refinement achieved, not a fixed number of polishing steps. How long does the coating last?
With proper maintenance, 3 to 5 years is realistic.
Will ceramic prevent rock chips or door dings?
No. It protects against UV, chemical etching, and light marring, but it is not a physical barrier against impacts.
Do I need special products for maintenance?
Use pH-balanced soaps and avoid harsh cleaners. We will give you simple after-care tips at delivery.
